eu_checker was a multimedia travelproject to discover Romania and Bulgaria. A team of the Politikfabrik started this project under the patronage of foreign minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier in the summer of 2007. Equipped with smartphones, notebooks and cameras 18 young people went to the bulgarian captial Sofia to explore the new EU members Bulgaria and Romania.
